Tilt Brush and 3D
I spent over 50 hours (and ongoing) on Tilt Brush at the beginning of the year. Having done 3D animation for 3 years before, playing with tilt brush felt refreshing and liberating. It's a fun sketchbook app where speed and movement are required.
3D is less about lines and more about surfaces. How can something look like it takes a physical space in a world without it having a sense of depth and presence? A perfectionist style isn't for this program. It's very sketchy and fast.
