Insight 
Young people are more afraid of looking old than of cancer itself. UV Rays make you age faster, leaving you wrinkly earlier.

Solution 
Exaggerate the effects of sun aging and present it to young people as the "reality" of the situation. Protect from skin cancer and sun aging at the same time.
