We launched right as a media tour was planned which allowed us to drive tons of traffic to the site. For the first 1,000 visitors 18% converted to sales. We got compliments over the experience and design from toy sellers and parents alike.

  • Photography was crucial for this project, unlike previous ones. I justified the shoot's cost with research and content needs, which greatly enhanced the project and highlighted the importance of strong visuals.

  • Working with a developer on my second Squarespace project significantly increased custom code flexibility. This experience provided a better understanding of Squarespace's limitations and possibilities.

Areas of Opportunity

  • I regret not adding more interactivity, like assembling and flipping puzzle pieces on the site. While complex, it would have clarified instructions.
